🧭 Why We Exist
Encourage voices
to rise where they’ve been silenced
Build bridges
where walls once stood
Culture • Healing • Inclusion
Social Urjuwan Association, established in 2015, is a non-political, non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the cultural and social levels of the community. It organizes cultural seminars, lectures, conferences, and exhibitions, promoting cultural, intellectual, and national dialogues to face common challenges and strengthen civil peace and coexistence. The association encourages humanitarian works, creative initiatives, provides educational grants, promotes sports, and raises public awareness about environmental issues. Key achievements include the “Shadow Municipality” project, “Development of Freedom Street Area,” “Together We Write,” and ongoing projects like “Cohesion.”
Since 2015, Social Urjuwan has been a beacon of support and resilience in Mina, Tripoli. We create safe spaces, deliver mental health support, and empower voices that matter — especially youth, women, and vulnerable groups.
We offer practical, creative, and therapeutic services for individuals and groups affected by crisis, inequality, or trauma.
Our work covers a broad range of fields that intersect culture, psychology, education, and activism.
Real healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported
to rise where they’ve been silenced
where walls once stood
Because silence and suffering are not options. We are not just an organization — we are a movement for inclusion, justice, and resilience.
where despair once ruled
where trauma has left scars
